Reflecting the tranquility of the Jemez Valley by nurturing the health and well-being of mind, body and spirit. Escape to the Jemez to relax, unwind and rejuvenate with natural mineral spring soaks and therapeutic massage in a historic setting. The Jemez Springs Bath House is a non-profit, owned and operated by the Village of Jemez Springs, where our proceeds go back into the Village.

We offer cool or hot mineral soaks and healing massages by licensed therapists in private treatment rooms. Our facility includes four massage treatment rooms and eight oversized cement bath tubs. The tubs are enclosed for privacy and filled with 100% mineral water from the natural hot spring using a combination of hot and cold mineral water. Some of the hot mineral water is diverted into cooling tanks to cool overnight.

The bather has control over the temperature of the bath by combining the hot and cooled mineral water. The naturally occurring minerals in the Bath House's water are acid carbonate, aluminum, calcium, chloride, iron, magnesium, potassium, silicate, sodium and sulphate.
Services
The mineral water issues from the natural hot springs at 159-189 degrees.
As the water flows into the Bath House, some is diverted into holding tanks where it cools overnight.
This allows you to control the temperature of your bath while still getting the benefits of pure mineral water.
You may bring your own toiletries.
However, we ask that you refrain from bringing non-water soluable oils as they are difficult to remove from the surface of the tubs.
Due to the high temperatures and high mineral concentrations of the water, children under 14 are not allowed in the bath areas.
