He completely re-organized two dysfunctional bathrooms. The actual remodel process took a little longer than expected to complete (more the contractor's responsibility than John's), but we are very happy with the end result. You can definitely trust him with any remodeling project. We have enjoyed the John Yates experience since our first kitchen project in 1988, through our latest kitchen project in 2016.
John is a creative genius when it comes to kitchens and baths (3 kitchens, 3 baths, and counting!) John Yates was absolutely the right choice for my kitchen remodel. His creative design and color choices were perfect for me, followed by amazing attention to detail.
