The Borough and Contractor have worked out an agreement that will authorize the road reconstruction projects of Penn St, Easter Terrace, and Independence Ave to commence.If you are driving or living in these areas, expect construction activity, minor inconveniences, and delays over the next 45 days. Plan accordingly! We appreciate everyone's patience during this time.

Dedicated in 2012, the newest addition to the Borough's parks and recreation system is Monocacy Creek Park.
The result of intergovernmental collaboration between DCNR, PennDOT and the Borough of Bath, the Monocacy Creek Park is an aesthetic "walk-through" park and is home to various wildlife- including the aquatic, avian and horticultural varieties.
Located at the intersection of S.R. 329 (Race Street) and Green Street, this 6 acre park is home of America's Friendship Tree.
Bordered by a tributary of the Monocacy Creek and the Keystone Rod & Gun Club, this park provides a large, open space play area with playground equipment, volleyball court, and a baseball field.
Each park features a unique space and setting for a variety of functions.
From little league practices to adult sports, each park has the amenities you may be looking for.

In addition to field rentals, Bath Parks & Recreation provides two pavilion rental spaces and one gazebo rental space.
The Borough is looking into long range plans of re-opening the historic Siegfried Log Cabin for social gatherings and community events.
You may be eligible for a property tax or rent rebate under the Pennsylvania Property Tax Rent Rebate Program.
All applications and forms must be printed out and mailed to the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue.
Application to the Property Tax & Rent Rebate Program must be filed each year.
This program is not automatically renewed.
The Borough of Bath is seeking individuals for on-call seasonal winter maintenance positions.
Candidates must have winter availability; knowledge of snow plowing techniques; operating heavy machinery; skid steers, loaders, and dump trucks.
Experience in public works, relevant trades, or similar background is preferred.
