Stephan Sannikov has been a pleasure to work with. He had done many project for us over the last 6 years and has always been very professional. He has is very honest with a great moral foundation that I would trust with any repair or remodel In my house . His knowledge of tile and everything that needs to be done before is very impressive and looks like he is always upgrading his tools, skills and materials in this ever changing business . Attention to detail! In remodeling, it is always the details, even little details. Stephan and crew did marvelous work and I would recommend him to anybody who asked. I would also jump at the chance to use his services again. It was beautiful tile and it was expertly laid. He is careful and articulate and he has a lot of experience, from large commercial jobs to small residential room remodels. Great work, Great value and a great human!

I have been using SS Construction & Remodeling on many of my projects. They have always exceeded my expectations. They not only do a great work but they treat your house like their own. Taking all necessary precautions to keep your house dust free. In the end of each working day, they wipe everything down that it's hardly feels like a remodel is happening in your home. Stephan does wonderful work. Knowledgeable and very communicative. Very detail oriented and meticulous about appearance of final product. He made sure to check in multiple times with project manager to confirm specific details throughout project to ensure everything was perfect. Extremely happy with finished product and very much enjoyed working with him and would do so again.
