Jeremy, (the owner), was very nice to take on a relatively small job (for them) of renovating portions of our master bath. The estimate was right on, work was done well, and generally, on schedule. I did not enjoy dealing with their office administrator, who was generally pretty rude all four times I had to speak with her on the phone. Once we were under contract, we dealt mostly with Meagan, who was very polite and professional both on the phone and on e- mail or e-builder messaging.

We did have one small issue with plumbing that was eventually corrected after two visits. I would add that I told them I would do the painting and touch up after they were done. In retrospect, I would Just have them do the plaster and paint, so they would be responsible to fix whatever holes they made. (They left several holes in the wall). I would also recommend you NOT pay for the port-o-potty.

It cost $150.00 and noone ever used it. Every contractor, (carpenters, glass guys, and plumbing, installers) all asked to use our bathroom rather than walk to the port o potty outside. The only scheduling issue was a week after they were all done, they scheduled the cleaners to come in. By then we had already cleaned the bathroom and were using it. That was another cost that was necessary, but impractical to wait a week after the major work was done.

We had a wonderful experience working with the team at Muse Residential to fully remodel our main bathroom and powder bathroom. Katie led us through design meetings to discuss our ideas, get a feel for what we liked and then developed a wonderful proposal. Michael couldn't have been a better project manager, always communicating daily progress, next steps and timeline.

The Builder Trend software captured all our selections, contract, on-line payments, and communications throughout the process. The entire Muse team promptly responded to our emails and their contractors were skilled and professional. We are thrilled with the results, and we highly recommend Muse Residential. We had Muse remodel our kitchen over the summer of 2020 and had a great experience. They were professional, personable and easy to get in contact with. We loved using the BuilderTrend app to keep in touch and to track the progress via the calendar and daily log updates. We hired MUSE for our kitchen remodel. This was our first major remodeling experience. Jerehmy, Wendy & the team were wonderful to work with. Wendy and Jerehmy were outstanding to work with. The communication between us kept a usually stressful undertaking smooth and relatively pain free. They use an app called Buildertrend to document and explain every step of the process. They returned my messages within minutes. Best of all, I have a kitchen I love. My kitchen was completed 7 months ago and I still pause to appreciate little things they recommended or helped with. They are professional, friendly, and really, really good at what they do. I'll certainly be using them for our next home improvement project.

They generated a bunch of great computer drawings that have really helped us visualize options for our bathroom.

They were fairly responsive, but I haven't heard anything in the last two weeks since I emailed them my photos. To be fair, there was a lapse in communication on my end, but I still never heard anything from them in the long time between communication. They are always very pleasant to deal with when we do communicate.

It was okay. There was very little interaction with them. They did come. That was pretty much it. They didn't come back and go over it. I expected a little more interaction with them as a vendor host in a designer sense. I did not spend more than the "Big Deal." The design work turned out fine. It's not exactly what I wanted and there wasn't an opportunity for me to comment. I've probably asked for a few changes.

They did a very good job, they were focused on satisfying the client, and paid attention to a lot of the details of the project. The owners are a husband and wife team, one is the project manager and one is the designer and they work as a team and provide very good design ideas and then implement those ideas. Being a historic home in down town Concord, there were a lot of times we have to follow the rules of the historic home and they took care of all that. Also, when we call for service, they always show up and take care of us.

My husband and I hired Muse to remodel our entire home. They re-did the whole interior: bathroom, kitchen, refinished the hardwood floors, picked new fixtures, got rid of the popcorn ceilings, added a closet and more. I was impressed with the speed, quality, beautiful design and professionalism they brought to the experience. I was dreading the remodel but working with Muse made it easy and enjoyable. Plus, the finished product is more beautiful and functional than I ever even imagined it could be!
