We had Joe come out recently to fix a few things around our house: a leaky faucet, a misaligned door that would no longer lock normally and an exterior door with a rotten threshold and frame. We couldn't have been happier with the service provided; the company was responsive, Joe arrived on-time, his work was excellent and his attitude outstanding. We'll definitely use again for future projects, I would highly recommend for anyone in need of a handyman.

I'm so excited I found this company. I had dealt with someone else previously and didn't have the best experience. I just moved here and knew I would need to find someone who could help with projects I couldn't figure out myself. Welp I found them! They were great! On time, fair pricing and were able to help me get my closet installed.

This review is long overdue but worth the 5 star rating. I met Dan last year when one of my tenants moved out with no notice. He came into unit that needed a full gut demo on the kitchen and was unfazed by the mess that these tenants had left. He and his team were so professional and super helpful every step of the way, especially since I live on the East Coast. Dan kept me updated on the status of the projects, working to meet my deadlines for showing and leasing the unit.
He has a network of workers with lots of experience in the trades. He was able to get all the window screens replaced, which I was having an impossible time hiring someone to do. His work was so good, I asked him back to redo the 2nd floor kitchen & bath, paint, redo hardwood floors, install ceiling fans, and create a custom barn door for the master walk-in closet. Ready for him to bring his team and refresh the 1st floor duplex unit now!

A bit overdue review. We've had Dan in for our second project now, first one involving tearing down a wall to create a walk through, and the second for a shower leak through the kitchen ceiling. He has been extremely fast to respond, and he is on time! I've dealt with contractors in the past who don't even show up for an estimate! In response to a previous poster about one of Dan's sub contractors not showing up; that did happen to me too, and we were not happy about it. However, what deserves a 5 star is the way business was handled. $# happens in life that's beyond our control.
How we handle $# is what defines us. Dan came in himself to finish all the repairs. He stayed till 8, sometimes 9pm, and came in on saturday and Sunday. Thanks Dan for all your effort, especially around the new born!

Dan installed a new Waste King kitchen disposal unit, purchased through Amazon. He notified through text before arrival which was very helpful. Unfortunately, the unit that I purchased did not have the same hook up as the unit to be replaced (needed an outlet). Dan explained everything very clearly and offered a quick solution. When I gave the go-ahead, he promptly purchased the necessary parts at a local hardware store and installed the disposal unit with new outlet in under 30 minutes. Overall, very impressed by his friendliness, honesty, and resourcefulness - not to mention a professional job. I would definitely recommend his services.

Fast, reliable, funny, and a job well done! Thx Dan! Called for help with something basic recommended by a friend and ended up getting help fixing a couple other things, hanging a light, some drywall, and creative solutions that eluded me but solved the problem and looked great. Biggest Fan!. of Handy Man Dan with his Van. Drywall, Carpentry, Glassblocks, tiles, and general remodeling ok my partners and I needed some help with that, but electrical and plumbing OMG what a God send (I refuse to touch that stuff). He's very innovative in creating solutions, he's also amazing with other things like art, deco and sowing things (if u can believe it), AND he builds PRO-Grade Websites AND knows about search optimization that has gotten more than a few businesses off the ground AND flourishing!.
