Mr Dino's Baths

Mr Dino's turned our dated old and moldy bathroom into my favorite room in our house. They were fast, very professional and easy to work with. They were even flexible when we had vanity drama (on our end - not theirs). Reasonable prices and time frame on the renovation. I love them so much, I can't wait to get our 2nd bathroom done. Truly awesome folks!

We had to redo our basement bathroom last fall. The installer did a great job. A few weeks after the install, we had a plumbing issue that the plumber said was caused by the installer. I called Trent to tell him about it not expecting him to do anything about it. I had no proof that the leak was their fault, and it had been a few weeks. Trent came and looked at it.

Even though he was sceptical that it was his installers fault, he insisted on paying our plumbing bill. It is refreshing to work with company that values their reputation more than the cost of a plumbing bill. I would recommend Mr. Dino's Baths to anyone. I saw first hand that they stand behind their work.

Trent the owner is extremely knowledgeable, transparent, communicative, fair and up front with the estimates and timeline. The dream team installers (Dillon & Martin) are some of the best in the business.

They take their time, look ahead at potential challenges / pitfalls and are meticulous with their work. They both take a lot of pride in their work and the customers happiness with the final product is clearly at the top of their mind throughout the entire remodel. The experience with Mr Dino's bath from our first meeting with Trent to the installation by Dillon and crew was fantastic. They were exceptionally professional and always on time. The pricing was much better than the other 3 bids we got. Not only that but there wasn't the big hard sell that some of the other companies. I would definitely recommend them.

Mr. Dino's Baths was recommended to us by a family friend in Oct. 2018. Trent stopped by, asked us what we were wanting to do. The downstairs bathroom was original from 1980. We settled on a price and scheduled a day to do the work. The job was to remove the old shower and bring it up to date. When Ben and his partner had the old one torn out, he informed me that the framing was rotted and had to be replaced.

He told me his partner would be back shortly with the materials to reframe it and they would still be on schedule for completion, the same day. As I started to ask about additional cost, he reassured me the agreed upon price would not go up one cent. A completely new shower, basin, walls, all new fixtures, corner caddy, and safety bars that weren't in the original estimate were installed by suppertime.

I had to wait until the next day to use it so the adhesives would have overnight to set. No sweat as they did all the sweating. To this day it looks as good as new. Much less effort to keep it clean than the old tile. I really don't miss the grout. Fast forward, June, 2022. The upstairs bathroom was over due. We set a date and were ready to go when I had to call the guys off as Mom had an emergency trip to the ER. Things unraveled from there and we had to rearrange the bathroom situation.

Instead of a forcing a work around, Trent said Dino's would do whatever, whenever we were ready and without hesitation returned our deposit. I never brought it up. He saw what was going on and we had our hands full. The bathroom has moved down the list but is still on the list. It's more than refreshing to work with a company that actually put us first. I had a bathroom replaced /redone. The response to my initial call was prompt and I was given a specific estimate. I am very happy with the shower/tub system (which was not something I initially planned on having) and Ben was very skilled and reliable in the install. Would recommend! Excellent work, excellent price compared to the other companies. I truly appreciate what they did to my old moldy tub. I'd use them again in a heartbeat. My wife picked a great company to work on our house. The reason they got our business was how honest no pushy and genuine professionalism Trent had when he first came out for the bid and after calling four other companies he came out again and gave us an honest quote and they did everything they promised.

All I can say is what a wonderful company and owner! We met with 7 contractors before settling with Mr. Dino's and we are so glad that we did! There were contractors who could have done the job cheaper, but what made us go with Mr. Dino's was the fact that they had such quick access to all the needed materials and could get the job done within 2-3 days, versus weeks that we were quoted with other people.

They worked with us on finding the best product for our price point, and in the end, even helped us to get a shower head that worked better for us. I would recommend Mr. Dino's Bath any day. They came to our home with samples and provided an accurate estimate. The installers Robert and Ben were professional and quality driven. Both were friendly and hard working. We had a custom shower built downstairs and an updated surround installed upstairs. I Love our bathrooms now! They are both beautiful! Thank you for everything!

Both bathrooms done at 2 different times, both times everything was outstanding. Absolutely love my bathrooms.

They do work with integrity. This is simply due their ridiculous warranty that they include with their work. Because of that, the constructor didn't take any shortcuts or compromise throughout the project (for no additional fee). Multiple problems arose in our situation, but Ben took the extra time to custom-build solutions on site so that we'll have a lasting great shower for a great price. I'm definitely glad we went with Mr. Dino's.

Had just purchased an older model home and was looking to remodel one of our bathrooms. Trent came to our house and took his time in explaining the details of the job, the variety of styles we could choose, and at a price within our budget. Pete called to set things up and Tom came out for the installation. He did an excellent job and was very detail-oriented. Would definitely recommend. Looking forward to using them for our next bathroom.

I love my new shower. They listened to my needs and built me what I wanted. Very responsive and very nice people.

After 35 years, our main tub/shower combo was overdue for replacement. We contacted three different companies for estimates and were surprised at the cost differences, quality of product and detail of work each offered. We decided to go with Mr. Dino's as they presented a complete project at a better price than the others. We signed a contract with Pete the owner and within 2 days the work began. Tom our project manager was professional, courteous and demonstrated a high degree of knowledge in what he was doing.

Day 1 after removing the old tub and walls, Tom found the vapor barrier and insulation behind the wall had fallen and needed to be replaced. He showed us the issue and corrected it before moving forward with his work. The whole project included a complete removal of the old tub, cement board and drywall behind the old shower. The new wall boards were put in and the new shower system and tub were installed.

The plumbing inside the walls was updated and new fixtures were installed. This was all completed in two days, on-time, on budget and exceeded expectations. We now have a beautiful new shower and tub and honestly could not be happier. Thank you to Pete, Tom and Mr. Dino's for their professionalism, honesty and quality.

Pete with Mr. Dino's bath made a very frustrating situation work out great. We hired a company to do our tub and shower remodel at the end of March 2013 and paid a 50% deposit. Months later we found out that the original company had ordered the products to remodel our bath but was unable to do any work. We could not get a hold of them to get a refund or anything.

That is when I heard of Tom Martino's referral list. I got in touch with Pete and he was able to get in touch with the original company and get some of the products to finish our bath. So finally in August 2013 Mr Dino's bath was able to come in and complete the remodel on our tub and shower and Pete was able to get it done without costing me more than I was going to pay in the first place.

I can not thank Pete and his company enough for the work they were able to perform. We are very happy with our bath now and would recommend them to anyone looking to remodel.
