A stranger comes into your home talks to you for 15-30 Minutes, maybe they take notes, maybe not, but then you're left wondering.
Did they understand what I want to do? Did I have enough time to discuss my thoughts, ideas, and needs?
Most of the time your are left waiting for weeks to even receive the proposal, and when you do get it, it is vague and omitting some of the key elements of your design concept or worse yet completely lacking in any meaningful descriptions!

This 6' x 8' bathroom renovation kept the same foot print as originally designed, however, we were able to remove a small closet to enlarge the shower and add a bench seat!
The vanity was also upgraded with the addition of a 2nd sink.
A common request we were also able to accomplish here, was creating the shower without a curb.
This 80's bath received a full make over and is now a beautiful Master Bath!

We have aimed to make our process as simple and convenient as possible, but we know you may have questions.
According to the 2018 Uniform Construction Code Update, most direct replacement bathroom renovations will not require a permit.
If you are making extensive upgrades, moving fixtures or altering the floor plan, a permit will be required.
After the Design-Build Consultation, we will create all the necessary plans and permit documents needed, and will sumbit them to your municipality on your behalf.
We have aimed to make our process as simple and convenient as possible, but we know you may have questions.
