I prefer to use local businesses instead the big box stores.
I've used 3 other local contractors that did a good job but I had to complain, beg and make multiple calls to get that last small item completed.

We moved to the Seattle area last year and bought a house here.
We are in the process of getting bids to get our master bath remodeled and having a devil of a time!
